South Lake Tahoe Ski Rentals
My first visit to Lake Tahoe was in January
1992. I was awestruck by the lake,
the surrounding mountains and the scenery
and amazed by the terrific skiing and
all of the other outdoor activity options. I vowed that I would make this
area my home one day. It took me less than 4 months to get back here with
all of my things and I've never looked back!
South Lake Tahoe combines sweeping views of the lake and the surrounding mountains with the non-stop action and nightlife of the Nevada casinos. Add to that the 3 world-class ski resorts of Heavenly, Kirkwood and Sierra at Tahoe, an average snowfall of more than 30 feet and more than 300 days of sunshine and you are all set for a fantastic ski trip! Mark Twain once said of Lake Tahoe; "I thought it must be the fairest picture the whole earth affords" and I couldn't agree with him more!
I, along with the entire South Lake Tahoe team, look forward to our second winter; to welcoming our old friends back and to making many new friends!
