Crested Butte: Nordic Capitol of Colorado

Did you know that Crested Butte is the Nordic ski capitol of Colorado? Crested Butte Nordic maintains 55 kilometers of groomed trails around the Town of Crested Butte. If downhill skiing is not your cup of tea, you can still get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather on one of the many groomed or ungroomed trails this town has to offer. If you’re looking for a fun family activity, kids 17 and under ski free! Crested Butte Nordic has some exciting events coming up in February 2015 including the 29th Annual Alley Loop and Pub Ski and the Gothic Mountain Tour.
